The other day, a few of my friends were complaining that I was being left out in a message thread in Facebook and apparently my silence has led to them directing the conversation about me! haha One them even had to resort to texting me so I can get in on the tsismis! Forgive me but lately I have been hibernating from the internet in the sense that I don't have the time or the inclination to blog or go online... As you can see my last blogpost was a few weeks back. I also hardly post here if I am unable to "accessorize" my posts with pictures and I haven't taken pictures that much - add to that i don't have my own digicam and just hoards my sis' (to her ire and consternation! haha)
So I usually just resort to microblogging! Yes, me like the rest of the cyberworld who are too lazy to blah and blah on whatever, just log in online...or even text their "status updates" which I regularly do anyway... Well, that is if there is anything to blah about...
So since this has been "neglected" for a few weeks...I thought maybe I can just compile my "status updates" here
I've been hearing this song playing on the radio lately and thanks to my sis' answer to my queries and searching thru youtube I found out that Jared Leto is now fronting a band 30 Seconds to Mars?! Nyaha! Sorry been living far away from Mars! so sue me!
Never realized that computer games really have their own OST too!
And finally... don't expect lyrics from this one though haha...I do believe I still have a hangover from this movie... I recall I literally had a headache when we left the cinema thinking about the movie's ending! Will surely buy me the DVD! Hans Zimmer really delivers great musical scores!
Thanks to Blogger's new design templates, which I bet have been in place for weeks or even months now but I only took the time to try out these past couple of days, I now have
3 - 2 old renovated blogs and 1 new one - blogspots.
I've been planning to post a blog today but I have been putting it off because of course I am at work! LOL
But now let's see how much I can blurt out in 10 minutes!
I for one have never declared myself as an articulate person. I do admire the written word so much that I readily praise someone who can accurately express himself. I thought that creating my online blog can hone my writing skills but it seems that I use common words anyway. If I ever use my new words I do so during conversations. Do you even know whether the people I talk to understand me? Most often they don't since I converse with my students!
And most of my students, know a new word or two every time we meet in class. One other thing, I miss having a good conversation with my students. I miss my former students who can fluently talk with me in English. Regardless of whether I talk to them in English they usually answer back in Filipino. GAH!
Irritating for sure but who am I to complain? I'm no English teacher anyway so what does it matter anyway.
Aha! Still have time to spare but my brain fart has ended!
